Pro-Cloud BlueLight’s automated test scheduling procedures ensure that assets are test compliant, usable and remain in service, maximising the utilisation of critical equipment.

This module allows you to create and assign test activities to assets and personnel at the click of a button, which are configurable to your service’s requirements.

Assets that have been goods in into the Pro-Cloud BlueLight system are assigned a stock keeping unit (SKU), the system will allow you to set up questionnaires against that SKU to ensure equipment is tested in line with standard regulations.

Configure asset test and task questionnaires with ease

Every task/test performed can have a customisable digital inspection checklist which allows for a questionnaire to be setup through the interface and answered when a user completes a task/test. The information is sorted against the activity history for the specific asset and can be reviewed in real-time through the interface. Questionnaires are fully configurable to suit each task/test and are easily set up and managed through Pro-Cloud BlueLight.

This modules aim is for management to gain a panoramic view of their entire service and associated workforce, clearly highlighting what work has been completed and when. Once tasks and tests are completed, all results are displayed in real-time on the Pro-Cloud BlueLights dashboard, revealing which tests have passed, failed or are incomplete. This allows management to fully analyse failure trends and make better procurement decisions based on these results.
