North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service transforms the way their critical everyday assets are managed and maintained through the use of the Pro-Cloud BlueLight platform and its advanced barcoding procedures.
Through a joined up working approach a structured project plan was put into place. CSS’s project lead guided the contract and showed North Yorkshire how to use catalogue categories. Training was initiated to ensure staff knew how to use the system for their role within the service, including the demonstration of labelling an appliance.
Pro-Cloud BlueLight is now being used successfully with a staged rollout planned across all their stations.
